If you’re a high school athlete who is being recruited or wants to be recruited by a college you will eventually need to show the coach a highlight & skills DVD of yourself. The mission of T1GTV is to efficiently unite athletes & coaches of all levels, we believe that the most familiar mistake athletes & there legal guardian make is limiting an athletes exposure by limiting the amount of options regarding an athletes skill level and relaying on others to communicate. T1GTV is dedicated to offer a product that positively & effectively communicates skill level, academics & accomplishments. We urge participants to take command of there future by promoting themselves in there quest to receive recognition & scholarship opportunities that lead to a higher education. Getting noticed and properly evaluated is a difficult task, even for very good players at the high school level.  While attending camps and showcases is certainly an important thing to do, many players are overlooked at these events due to the high ratio of athlete to coach, even at the elite events.  T1GTV can help you to put together a college recruiting video that will showcase your skills and fundamentals, incorporate some real game footage, and give the NCAA coach the ability to properly evaluate you as a prospect student athlete for their institution. - 3-5 minute highlight presentation - this is the section that will display your student athlete playing in his or her sport.  We ask you to pick out 5 games that you know will deliver a high competition level.  Most colleges will know when you play an “easy team”.  The DVD will also use still frame technology to help highlight the player during the game so your not searching the entire time to find them. - Your DVD is sent out in a custom designed DVD case that will help you display your students game stats, player bio and any school information that a school might want to be aware of. This will also help identify the player in the video sent out. This will help your DVD stand out from the rest on the desk of a potential college recruiter.  Note that not all player stats will be displayed, we can only fit so much information on a DVD case. - Each and every DVD will also be labeled so that a DVD without a case will also contain all information needed for college coaches. - We use a perfect mixture of slow motion and real time movement to help college coaches better understand your son or daughters movement during the game & also helps  break down a players technique. - We offer Web hosting and can put your highlights up on the internet.  This new technology allows your video to be seen by hundreds of people at a low cost.  We recommend that you direct people to the web address first then send out a DVD to colleges that you share a mutual interest in each other.  This also includes some basic stats and a player bio. (check out our player profiles page to see an example of this service) - Our Recruiting Package comes with 7 DVD’s to hand out to potential colleges.  Extra copies are available if needed. - If your season has already ended and you need your game tape quickly, we can help you with that as well. - Stats can be displayed for the students current season being displayed on the DVD.  This is normally done by labeling them with graphics on a separate link on the DVD.  This helps in case the insert is lost that you send with the DVD.  This stats includes everything from height and weight to player breakdown during the season. - We also sit down with the young athlete and have a short interview with them.  This helps the coach better understand who your child is.  We will sit down and can do multiple takes to make sure answers are answered correctly & professionally. - A skills video is probably the best reason to add this part of the package.  This is where we set up time with the young athlete to go through drills.  This helps show a player and his or her technique.  It is allows us to have a better angle and for you to highlight your talent in a particular area. Recruiting videos are playing an increasingly important role for both families and college coaches today. Video allows college coaches to get an insight into your skills when you are not afforded the opportunity to play in front of a college coach in person. While nothing replaces performing in front of a college coach, a good video coupled with strong recommendations from qualified coaches that are familiar with your skills and ability can often be the deciding factor as to whether or not a college coach chooses to recruit you or chooses to pursue you further. In some sports (football for example) all initial recruiting activities on the part of the college coaches are done first by video. In order to get the most out of your video, it’s important to follow several rules when providing coaches video. 1 – Keep the video short 2 - Never send unsolicited video 3 - Make sure the DVD is clearly labeled 4 - Identifying prospective schools 5 - Be realistic
