If you had a bad experience, we can’t say it enough: tell us why and be specific. Instead of bashing a business, tell us how the business could have made your experience better.

Keep it real.
Don’t write about something that you have not personally tried, or write a second-hand account of someone else’s visit. We want to hear about what specifically impressed you – or not – about our local business or service.
